Who We Are
Premier Lighting & Controls sells high quality lighting and control systems for use in office buildings, retail stores, warehouses, residential and industrial lighting applications. Our goal is to provide a range of product with the proper performance, aesthetics and value to insure a successful project for our customers and the end-user/owner.“Customer Satisfaction” isn’t a cliché at Premier. Using our product knowledge along with the support of our manufacturers we work with the design community and those responsible for product selection to assist in selecting the correct product for each application. Technical data, including manufacturer's specifications and electronic data files, is provided as required. Light level calculations can also be provided in order to insure that the appropriate standards are met. Sample products are available for inspection and installation where required.
Premier Lighting Welcomes Lane Wallis to the Team. With pleasure, we announce the employment of Lane Wallis (formerly McFarren) with Premier Lighting effective September 19th, 2011. Lane brings experiences of working for a contractor and an elite distributor at a national level. This experience will serve her well as a manufacturers rep. Lane is a Certified Lighting Consultant (CLC) with the American Lighting Association. Lane’s primary role will be calling on architects, interior designers, and landscape architects. We are very pleased to have Lane as part of the Premier family.

Premier Lighting will be closed on Thursday, 10-13-11 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm so our employees can pay their respects and attend the memorial service for Ed Owings, a 17 year Premier Lighting employee.
Visitation is from 10:00 to 11:00, Memorial Service from 11:00 to 12:00. Food and beverage will be served in the church basement immediately following the service. PLEASE NOTE: Ed requested that anyone who attends his service come dressed in their favorite sports team attire (i.e. KU sweatshirt, Royal’s jersey, etc.).
